By LATechGuy First received was damaged (as is common for the heavy internal batteries to knock loose and damage things but replacement is just fine. Reasonable run time and an external mute. I’ve had CyberPower products that have lasted 5-8 years with original components, whereas my APC batteries have died within 2 years.
