About Bright Tangerine Advanced Kit Set your Sony FX6 on a quick-release 15mm LWS baseplate with a Mini Axl for your monitor that you can adjust on-the-fly. With the Folding NATO rail, you can position your monitor where you need it. Set your Sony FX6 on a quick-release 15mm LWS baseplate that will speed up transitions on set. Mount accessories to the rigid top plate with options for NATO, 1/4″, 3/8″ & Sony 8T points. There are also two Quick Detach (QD) sockets for attaching camera straps & swivels. Mini Axl Monitor Bracket The Mini Axl replaces the stock monitor bracket, mounting to the articulating NATO rail for a wide range of positioning options. Adjust the angle of the screen on-the-fly with the adjustable drag or securely lock it off. It won’t sag or drift from the horizontal, even when operating with the Sony FX9 Loupe. For transport, simply fold the screen into it’s stow position to keep it safe. Each Advanced kit comes with the Top Plate, Mini Axl (Sony FX6) & LeftField 15mm LWS Baseplate. Hard anodised for extended durability. – Sony FX6 LeftField QR Baseplate – Set your Sony FX6 at the correct height for 15mm LWS, speeding up transitions with the Open UP quick-release that lets you lift off the camera from the dovetail. To support accessories, add a set of 15mm rods. This Baseplate Kit comes with the LeftField 15mm Baseplate, LeftField Dovetail Plate & Sony FX6 Riser. The Sony FX6 LeftField Quick Release Baseplate sets the camera to the correct height for 15mm LWS. It provides 15mm rod support for accessories and allows for faster transitions between setups using the patented Open UP quick-release. Snap On, Snap Off The Open UP quick-release features a three-stage design which lets you securely locks the baseplate in place, slide for balance & lift off vertically. This is particularly useful for large camera builds where sliding the camera from the dovetail can be difficult. ARRI Dovetail Compatible The baseplate automatically calibrates to any ARRI standard dovetail, even those that our out of tolerance and is also compatible with the LeftField Dovetail Plate for smaller setups. Interchangeable Risers A wide range of risers are available to suit different cameras. If you own, rent or work with multiple cameras, simply swap the risers without buying a new baseplate each time. Hard anodised for extended durability. – Sony FX6 Top Plate – Attach the Top Plate to the Sony FX6 to provide a secure mounting point for accessories. By attaching accessories to the top plate, less weight can be placed onto the top handle while also adding quick-release functionality with the integrated NATO rails. This Top Plate attaches to the top of the Sony FX6, wrapping around the top handle providing secure mounting points for a wide range of accessories. Integrated NATO rails run the length of the plate, with spring-loaded safety releases on both ends. Helicoil, NATO 8T And QD When it comes to rigging, you can choose from threaded, NATO and QD points, or any combination you need. All threaded points are stainless-steel helicoiled for added strength. Helicoil fittings are crucial to prevent thread stripping or binding. An important factor to consider when constantly changing rig configurations. There are also two Sony 8T points at the rear of the plate. Combines With: The Top Plate can also be used with B4004.1006 Filler piece to add a third NATO rail in the middle which provides a centered mounting point. Hard anodised for extended durability. – Mini Axl (Sony FX6) – This Mini Axl kit contains everything you need to replace the original mount for your Sony FX6 monitor, adding flexible positioning, drag adjustment and sag-free support for the FX9 Loupe. This kit includes the Folding NATO Rail, Monitor Holder, 15mm Rod Mount & the NATO Rotating Bar. This kit comes complete with everything you need to use your Sony FX6 monitor with the Mini Axl. It is designed to be compact while adding flexibility in how you want to position the monitor. The NATO rail can be attached to the front or rear Sony 8T point on the handle. The extension rail mounts to the 15mm rod clamp, allowing it to pivot 360-degrees. The arm can then be rotated for extra height or reach, and can be folded flat when not in use. The removable orange threaded cap prevents the rail from falling out, while a removable stud provides a safety stop for attached accessories. You can adjust the amount of drag on the tilt-axis by using the locking screw, capable of supporting the weight of the FX9 loupe. The monitor holder is custom matched to the FX6 monitor, with a 3/8″ thread for attaching to the included 15mm rod mount or other accessories.
