Weber Summit S-470 4 Burner Stainless Steel Propane Gas Grill Sear, smoke and spit-roast meats and other foods and prepare side dishes all with the Weber® Summit® S-470™ LP Grill SS. The liquid-propane grill is constructed from stainless steel, including its 4 burners, each tented with a Flavorizer® bar that distributes heat and imparts a smoke taste by vaporizing fatty drips. Three main burners on the Weber LP grill provide a grilling cook top and a separate Sear Station® for caramelizing meats. This grill also contains a smoker burner and wood chip box, as well as an infrared rotisserie that includes a flip-up motor and storage for the spit rods. An open-flame side burner on the Weber stainless steel burner gas grill provides a cooking surface for pots or pans. Each burner ignites individually with Snap Jet® electronic controls on the temperature knobs themselves. The main cooking grates consist of 9-millimeter round stainless steel rods. The innovations of the Weber Summit S-470 grill go beyond cooking to such conveniences as a back-lit LP-level indicator on the front, illuminated heat-control knobs and a sliding Grill Out® light on the handle for open-shroud cooking in dim lighting. Other conveniences include a center-mounted thermometer in the stainless steel shroud, two side tables for prepping and staging and a slide-out grease tray and drip pan for easy cleanup.
