It did take a lot of fooling around to find the right ear pieces, and finding the right technique to put them in your ears. Once I figured it out, they are great. They stay fixed no matter what I am doing. (Running, jumping.)The bass is solid but not overbearing. Voices and instruments stand out in the mix. The high end like highhats and cymbals are well defined. I can hear things that my other earbuds were missing.
