About Wooden Camera Unified Accessory Kit The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro Unified Accessory Kit (Pro, V-Mount) is a camera support package designed for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro camera. The BMPCC 6K Pro unified accessory package features our Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro Camera Cage – a form fitting camera cage for secure camera accessory attachment, the compact Top Handle (3/8-16), LW 15mm Baseplate for BMPCC6K Pro – a quick release baseplate that holds two 15mm rods at the correct lens height, Safety Dovetail (12″) which interfaces with the ARRI dovetail slot on the bottom of the LW 15mm Baseplate, two 15mm Rods (15″), and the Micro Battery Slide Pro. – Unified BMPCC4K Camera Cage – Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro Camera Cage is a feature-rich camera cage designed exclusively for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro camera. The cage wraps around three sides of the camera, leaving the handgrip exposed for accessibility. The custom cage design offers added support and stability while providing an array of industry-standard 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounting points along the top and side of the cage. Two 3/8″-16 mounting points can be found on the front of the cage for adding top rod configurations. All mounting points feature a Wooden Camera standard locating hole pattern which is compatible with ARRI standard locating pin accessories. The cage also features several pass-through slots for improved cable management, engraved markings to indicate the camera’s focal plane, and an offset cold shoe mount for adding on-camera lights, microphones, and more. Also included on the side of the cage is a detachable HDMI and USB-C Support Bracket for ensuring secure cable connections. If lightweight 15mm rod support is desired, the cage may be combined with our LW 15mm Baseplate (Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro) to provide pass through rod support (sold separately). – LW 15mm Baseplate – LW 15mm Baseplate (Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro) is a quick release baseplate that provides lightweight 15mm rod support at the correct lens height. 15mm rods pass through front to back and have two locking thumb screws per side. The baseplate quick releases in two ways, giving the user the option to take the 15mm lightweight rods or to leave them behind. Baseplate features an upper ARCA Swiss standard dovetail with 3/8″-16 screw and locating pin for attaching to the bottom of the camera. Upper ARCA Swiss standard dovetail slides into the LW 15mm Baseplate core, and includes a safety release button for removal. Engraved arrows assist installing the dovetail in the correct direction. Also features a vertical lens support post system. Lower dovetail slot is ARRI standard for attaching to compatible ARRI dovetails or the included Quick Dovetail. With Quick Dovetail attached, the baseplate and camera combination can be combined with an ARRI standard bridge plate like Quick Release Bridgeplate (19mm) or Quick Release Bridgeplate (15mm Studio). – Safety Dovetail – 12″ ARRI standard dovetail with safety catch on one end to prevent accidental camera removal. Threaded 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 holes for accessory mounting and tripod attachment. Attach to Shoulder Pad for custom handheld configurations. Perfect for Manfrotto, Miller, Cartoni, and more. – 15mm Rod – 15mm diameter iris rods used for mounting accessories like follow focus, matte box, lens support, servo motors, and more. – Battery Slide – Micro Battery Slide Pro (Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro, V-Mount) utilizes an Anton/Bauer micro battery plate which provides an unregulated 14 Volts to a 2-Pin connector for camera power. The plate attaches via two 15mm rods and position can be adjusted along the battery slide. The user retains the ability to hot swap between the onboard Sony NPF-Series and external cinema battery. The Micro Battery Slide Pro is compatible with both micro and full-sized cinema batteries. It also features 2x D-Tap (5.8 Amps) port for accessory power as well as a digital fuse which cuts off accessory outputs, should the user exceed the set current for accessories, while leaving the camera powered. Once the current load has been reduced by either removing accessories or reconfiguring, the reset button can be pressed to enable accessory power again. Connectors used in this assembly are not manufactured by LEMO but are made to the same specifications and are LEMO compatible.
